I am really disappointed that so many stray animals in Taiwan. I think I would never get used to this kind of thing even though it's been a long time. When will come out a complete legislation to protect them? Where is the shelter to keep them all? While these parties against to each other on the show and fight for the votes, there is a misfortune already happen somewhere. Please do some thing which is really good for all of us.
